LUZERNE, LUZERNE COUNTY - A Luzerne Borough Council meeting was packed with concerned people last night.
The Borough is planning to start up their own police force again.
For years Luzerne paid Swoyersville Police for service.
That costs them about the same amount it would to start their own department.
A petition of about 600 signatures was presented demanding Council change its decision.
