WYOMING COUNTY- There’s new information in the case of alleged sexually-charged text messages and chief Wyoming County Prosecutor George Skumanick.
In a 29-page memorandum, a federal judge has granted a Temporary Restraining Order, prohibiting Skumanick and his office from moving forward with punishment against Marissa Miller.
