WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Wilkes-Barre police literally dragged one of two robbery suspects out of the Susquehanna River Sunday night.
Only our cameras were there at the time of the arrest. Cops say the man is a suspect in the robbery of a woman.
Right after the robbery he took off, but didn't get far. A second robbery suspect was caught on Union Street.
Investigators have not released either suspect’s name. | | |
