WEST HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY - Quick police work in West Hazleton helps catch a robbery suspect.

Police say Jose Delgado. 28. robbed and assaulted a man inside the Pantry Quick Convenient Store on N. Broad St.

The attack happened just before 11 p. m. Wednesday.

Armed with a description and surveillance video police quickly tracked down Delgado.

He's been charged with robbery and simple assault.

His victim had cuts to his eye and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
