WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Wednesday was day 2 of testimony in a double murder trial in Luzerne County Court.

46-year old William Rohland of Old Forge is accused in the shooting deaths of Kelly Fasulka and Joseph Hernandez in Avoca.

Wednesday prosecutors called several of Fasulka's neighbors who say they heard the gunfire on that night, August of last year. Some of those witnesses even told the jury they saw one of more men rushing to leave the crime scene.

Also taking the stand, Daniel Lock, Fasulka's former boyfriend, who gave Rohland a ride to her home that day.

Prosecutors say it was a drug deal gone bad. William Rohland could be sentenced to death if convicted.
