WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The Black Friday also officially kicks off the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign.
The Salvation Army Wilkes-Barre Chapter hopes to raise about 116 thousand dollars.
It hopes to do that by setting up 30 kettles like these in and around Wilkes-Barre.
All money raised at the Wilkes-Barre kettles will stay in the city, helping local families.
The drive will continue all the way up to Christmas Eve.
