SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Scranton fire inspectors say a fire that damaged an unoccupied apartment building on Saturday is a case of arson.
The fire was apparently started near a stairwell at the back of the building on Capouse Avenue. An investigator said there were no tenants living in the building.
