CATAWISSA, COLUMBIA COUNTY -- A school bus driver in central Pennsylvania is under investigation for duct-taping the mouths of two students on his route.

Locust Township police say it happened last Monday. The students said they weren't allowed to remove the tape until they got to their bus stops.

Monday night, the Southern Columbia School District put the driver on administrative leave. The superintendent told us that the bus driver then resigned.
