SCHUYLKILL COUNTY - A 21-year-old man from Mahanoy City was in critical condition, as of Sunday night, after being shocked by a high voltage power line.
State Police say Jason Oshman was trespassing on PP&L property in Mahanoy Twp. just before 3 a. m.
Troopers say Oshman climbed a large utility tower and was shocked.
He fell 70 feet to the ground.
Criminal trespassing charges are expected to be filed against Oshman in Schuylkill Co. | | |
