SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - A fire that damaged two buildings Tuesday morning in Scranton has been ruled arson.
It broke out in an apartment building in the 400-block of East Market Street and then spread to another.
A total of 14 people were forced from their homes. One teenage boy also had to jump to safety.
The Scranton fire chief says they have a suspect but that person is not in custody at this time.
