SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- The search continues for those involved in an early Friday morning assault Scranton.

It happened at a boarding house on Capouse Avenue and Walnut Street. Police said a man who lives at the house claims another man hit him in the mouth while they were in the building. Investigators said the victim was intoxicated at the time. He was taken to Scranton Community medical Center for surgery.

Police are now looking for those who may have been involved. Anyone with information is asked to call the Scranton Police Department at 348-4134.
