Police say the blast went off at Carla's Jewelry Exchange along South Main Avenue and Watson Street . Neighbors say they heard an explosion around 11:30 last night. Police checked the inside of the building and found a brick and an explosive device that detonated. The explosion didn't cause a fire and no one was injured. Police are trying to find out who's behind the damage. If anyone has any information about last night's incident, call Scranton Police or 9-1-1 .
