SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Dozens of tenants are back in their homes after a small fire forced them out.

Flames broke out on the second floor of the Finch Building in Scranton overnight. Sprinklers quickly put out the fire, but water damage forced 48 people from their apartments for most of the day.

Everyone, except for the tenants in two apartments, have returned home. The Red Cross is providing shelter for those who remain displaced.
