SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Scranton firemen rescued a dog from a stream after a neighbor heard the animal barking.
The dog had been listed as missing since November second.
Owner Frank Puteri said he had put up posters throughout the area after the dog got loose.
He and the dog were reunited after the rescue. | | |
