Scranton Gears Up for St. Patty's Day - Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 12:22PM EST

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Irish Eyes will be smiling tomorrow for the annual Saint Patrick's day parade in Scranton.
Friday night the Electric City was buzzing with activity in preparation for Saturday's big event.
We stopped by kildare's Irish pub were the celebrating is already underway.
The pub recently re-located to downtown Scranton.

More than 100-thousand people are expected for the Saint Patrick's day parade.
That translates into big business.
11-thousand people will be marching in the parade with a record number of bagpipe bands.
The Hilton hotel has been booking rooms since last year.
Restaurants like the "Coney Island" and "Molly Brannigan's" are also preparing for lot of people.
