SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Three houses hit by Tuesday's massive fire in Scranton's Hill section are all but rubble.
The city awarded an emergency contract and crews tore down the remains of the charred structures Saturday in the 900-block of Monroe Avenue. | | |
