SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- A Scranton man enters a guilty plea for fighting with another man, who later died after the altercation.

Eric Becchetti punched David Churilla, who fell down a stairway. He hit his head on a concrete landing, fracturing his skull.

That resulted in his death. Becchetti faces up to 40 years in prison.

He's locked up in Lackawanna County Prison without bail.
