Police say a man approached the women and asked them to perform bizarre and lewd acts. Both attacks happened in South Scranton. Neither woman was hurt.

He's described as white, about 35-years-old and thin. Surveillance cameras caught his gold mini-van on camera in the first incident over the summer. He was driving a red van in the most recent incident last week.
