SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- Police are looking for a man suspected of kidnapping his girlfriend in Scranton.
It happened just before 4:00 A. M. in the 1400 block of Penn Avenue. Officers say 21-year-old Antonio Mann dragged 19-year-old Ashley Rivera from her apartment. It's believed Mann drove her to Old Forge where she managed to get away.
Police have released a picture of Mann. He's about 6'2" and 200-pounds.
