KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- Kingston Police say the second driver who left the scene of this week's deadly hit and run accident turned herself in Friday.

Eyewitness News was there Friday morning when police confiscated a silver Volvo. Investigators were looking for the car since Wednesday night. It was one of two vehicles that left the scene.

Three drivers struck and killed 32-year-old Sharon Shaughnessy of Kingston late Wednesday evening as she crossed Wyoming Avenue at Pierce Street.

Only one of the drivers stopped. The driver of an SUV, the first car to hit the woman, showed up at police headquarters Thursday.

The names of the drivers are not being released pending further investigation. Kingston Police Chief Keith Keiper said, "Right now we're going to gather all the information from the drivers. We'll meet with the District Attorney's office, Jackie Carroll, next week to decide what charges, if any, at that time."

The driver of the Volvo told Kingston police she wasn't sure what she hit.
