SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - With the eyes of the nation and the world watching, voters in Pennsylvania are getting ready to cast their ballots in the Pennsylvania primary on Tuesday. Monday morning, Senator Hillary Clinton made her fourth and final campaign stop in the city of Scranton.

"This is more like a pep rally than a political event," Senator Clinton told the crowd at the Scranton Cultural Center.

In front of more than 1,000 supporters, Senator Clinton made one last plea to voters.

"As your president, I'll have your back and I'll have America's back," Senator Clinton said.

After touching only briefly on her plans to end the war in Iraq and fix the nation's economy, Clinton spent most of her time urging supporters to get out to vote.

"We need to really bare down. The last day is here and the entire world is watching," Senator Clinton said.

As Clinton talked about her Scranton roots and her family looked on, she said she will be equal partners with the American people.

"If you stand with me, I will go to the White House and fight for you every single day," Senator Clinton said.

After the speech, Senator Clinton shook hands with hundreds of people. Many people say they were moved.

"I thought it was uplifting. A lot of the things she said ring true," Neil Hutton of Pleasant Mount said.

Just hours before the polls open, many say Clinton's message was perfect.

"Obviously the enthusiasm was there. We're all very excited. There was a lot of one day to victory chants and I think there's a strong message being sent out," Dawn VanDresar said.

Besides her stop in Scranton, Senator Clinton is also making campaign stops in Pittsburg, Harrisburg and Philadelphia Monday.
