Senator and vice presidential candidate Joseph Biden visits Wilkes-Barre .

Biden talked to a large crowd at Nesbitt Park .

He talked about the economy, Iraq War, and health care issues.

Specifically, he talked about the economic bailout plan.

A little more than 100 people came to the event.

Biden is campaigning on the ticket with presidential candidate Barack Obama.
