SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Carbondale man is going to prison for one to three years for statutory sexual assault.
Prosecutors say Steven Cyganick assaulted a 15-year-old girl last year, and gave her alcohol.
Cyganick will also face two years special probation after serving his prison sentence.
