SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- U. S. Marshals captured a man wanted for sexually assaulting a minor. Eric Martinborough Junior, 39, was arrested Thursday. He was found at home in the 500-block of Kennedy Street in Scranton. The alleged assaults occurred in Tobyhanna. They began in 2005 when the victim was 13-years-old. Martinborough was turned over to Pocono Mountain Regional Police.
