Shenandoah Teen Appears in Juvenile Court - Monday, May 18, 2009 at 6:23PM EST

POTTSVILLE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- Brian Scully, the teen charged in the beating death of Luis Ramirez, was found delinquent Monday.
The Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office confirmed the development. They say Scully was essentially ruled guilty on counts of aggravated assault and ethnic intimidation.

Ramirez was an illegal immigrant living in Shenendoah. He was beaten to death last July.

Scully testified against Brandon Piekarsky and Derek Domchak at their high-profile trial last month.

Domchak and Piekarsky were acquitted of the most serious charges.
