LYCOMING CO. - A wanted man is behind bars in Lycoming Co.

Atif Sanford, 33, is accused of shooting Bruce Houseknecht in Williamsport on October 24th.

Sanford was on the run until he was caught by Philadelphia police and returned to Williamsport Monday night.

He faces charges including attempted homicide and illegal possession of a firearm.

Houseknecht has since recovered from his gunshot wound.
