SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- One person was shot near the Pantry Quik on Washburn Street in West Scranton just before 6:00 P. M.

Dispatchers reported police were pursuing possible suspects along Keyser Avenue. We're told they have multiple people in custody.
