LUZERNE COUNTY - A Luzerne Co. man is locked up following gun shots in Hazleton.

It happened just after Midnight Sunday near Lincoln and Broad Sts.

Omar Rodriguez Paloma, 25, was arrested for carrying a gun without a license.

He also faces reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and public drunkeness charges.

No one was hurt.
