SHAWNEE ON DELAWARE, MONROE COUNTY- In the race for Monroe County judge, 5 candidates squared off on both tickets. Jennifer Harlacher Sibum was the big winner on both sides.

We talked with Sibum after her big win. The Stroudsburg attorney thanked her friends and family as well as the people who helped with her campaign.

"I promise I'm gonna spend my time on the bench - if I'm fortunate enough to get there in November - making sure I don't waste their trust in working hard to do the bet job that I can for the people of Monroe County," she told Eyewitness News Tuesday night.

Even though Sibum won both primaries - she will still have an opponent in November. Independent candidate Wes Niemoczynski will run against her.
