Nearly one million solar system kits and DNA kits are being recalled. Floracraft Corp. is recalling the educational craft kits because the surface coating on the kit's wires can contain excessive levels of lead.

The kits were sold at Walmart, Michaels, Jo-Ann stores and other retailers nationwide.

Consumers should take the kits away from children and contact Floracraft for free replacements.
