WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Dozens of fire victims are back in their apartments just two days after a Wilkes-Barre high rise fire.

The Wyoming Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross tells us residents of South View Manor who lived on the first five floors were allowed back Saturday.

However about two dozen people who lived on the 6th and 7th floors still can't return until cleanup and repairs are finished.

The Red Cross is working with the city Housing Authority to provide those people shelter for the time being.
