WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The F. B.I. raided 'Patte's Sports Bar 'in Wilkes-Barre Thursday afternoon. Mark Fino and Christopher Marion were charged. Fino is a manager at Patte's. The exact charge is "conspiracy to transmit wagering information through use of wire communication." Eyewitness News' lead I-team investigator Andy Mehalshick talked with Mark Fino today but he had no comment. Eyewitness News was told the raid is connected to the on-going Luzerne County corruption investigation. | | |
