WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Charges have been dismissed against a Wilkes-Barre woman accused of stabbing her husband.

Police say on November 19th Margarita McCoy stabbed her husband Jeff in the stomach with a steak knife.

It happened at a home on Hutson street.

Wednesday, McCoy refused to testify against his 45-year-old wife at her preliminary hearing and the district court threw out the case.
