WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- It was a dark and stormy night at Arts University in Wilkes-Barre.

Several people gathered to hear a ghost story or two. The Wilkes-Barre Riverfront Parks Committee held an evening of Halloween and other story telling.

They were reading "Where the Wild Things Are" and other stories to the young and young at heart.

It was followed by children's arts and crafts at Barnes and Noble on South Main Street.
