WILKES-BARRE , LUZERNE COUNTY- A college student faces charges of crashing her car into a Wilkes-Barre business then leaving the scene. Check out the damage to Yenason Plumbing in the 300-block of North River Street . A car crashed into the storefront last night around 11:30 smashing several plate glass windows and damaging some inventory. Police say 20 year old Jennifer Powell of Medford , New Jersey was behind the wheel and drove off after the wreck. Investigators were able to track leaking oil from her car and found it two miles away on Dolphin Street . Powell later surrendered and faces various charged including DUI.
