WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A KingÕs College student, arrested for urinating on a nativity scene, was in court Wednesday. Nathan Strawn faces several charges for the incident on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre.

Strawn walked into district court in Wilkes-Barre Wednesday morning surrounded by family, friends and KingÕs College classmates. In court he waived all of his charges onto Luzerne County Court. It appears he may try to enter some type of program in which he could clear his record and name.

Wilkes-Barre Police say an officer saw Strawn fully exposed, urinating on the nativity scene earlier this month. He was arrested on numerous charges, the most serious being indecent exposure.

Strawn wrote a letter of apology to a local newspaper several days after the January 10th incident

Eyewitness News asked if he wanted to say anything directly to the public. ÒI already apologized, I already told you that," Strawn said as he continued to walk away from cameras.
