SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - Cases of bullying among teenagers are on the rise.

Wednesday night, the Lackawanna County Bar Foundation gave an interesting lesson on it - through a play.

It's the case of Tommy Smith vs Jimmy Hall. The play highlights the legal realities of bullying.

It also helps educate students on the consequences of it.
