WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Police are hunting for a Limestone Township man. He's accused of trying to kidnap another man using a stun gun.

There's a warrant for 30-year-old David Smith. Police say Smith used the stun gun on a Penn College student Tuesday.

Authorities say the two men are acquainted with each other. The student was able to get away before Smith took off in the truck.

Smith is considered dangerous. Anyone who can help police find Smith should call 9-1-1 right away.
