SUGAR NOTCH, LUZERNE COUNTY- Despite shouts and yelling matches objecting to a homeless shelter plan for Holy Family Church, VISION organizers will follow through with the plan. Men will be housed at the place of worship beginning Monday. Borough leaders had said the church would be fined because of a reported zoning violation.

Now, VISION will have to appeal a zoning ruling, essentially allowing them to house the men while the appeal is underway.
