MONROE TWP., SNYDER COUNTY- A Sunbury man died Saturday morning when his car was severed in half. The big truck he hit burst into flames.

Police say 22-year-old Jeremiah Getkin died when he lost control of his car on Route 11 in Monroe Township around 4:30 Saturday morning.

Police closed the road for several hours after that deadly crash.
