Suspect Arrested for Shooting at Vehicles - Sunday, November 30, 2008 at 10:48PM EST

KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY - A Luzerne County man is behind bars, charged with firing a rifle at several cars, including one that was occupied.
Igor Manashirov, 25, was arrested Sunday. Police say he shot at several cars from his home on South Gates Avenue around 4:00 AM.

Investigators say he shot several cars, including one that was driving by with two people inside. Those people were not hurt.

Manashirov is locked-up on $20,000 bail in Luzerne County.
