LEWISBURG, UNION COUNTY- Police say they have the person who shot and killed a Snyder County man last week.

Tonight Travis Graham is locked up on murder charges

Graham was arraigned tonight at the Union County Court House.He is charged in the death of 46-year old Jeffrey Stock. According to arrest papers, Graham confessedto shooting stock after the two had an argument.

Stock was shotin the stomach on March 22nd, as he stood on his front porch of his home inWest Perry Township, Snyder County. Grahamsays he took a Winchester Rifle, from a closet in the stock house, went to anearby road--- took aim with a scope and pulled the trigger. He then used atorch to melt that rifle. It was found, in the field, where stock says he firedthe fatal shot.

The DistrictAttorney and State Police say, they will have more information at a newsconference Tuesday.
