LUZERNE COUNTY-32 -year old Jabbar Wallace of Wyoming is wanted for the murder of 23 year old Eric Cusaac.
It all began early Saturday morning at the Glass Bar in Edwardsville. Police say Wallace opened fire inside a men's room and killed Cusaac.
Investigators say there was bad blood between Wallace and a friend of Cusaac. It came to a head that night.
Wallace has been on the run, but today, showed up at the State Police Barracks in Wyoming he was escorted there by his lawyer, Attorney Mark Mack.
Wallace was charged with murder and is locked up at the Luzerne County Prison without bail..
