HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY- Some homeowners in Luzerne County caught a burglar red-handed. Now the guy is in jail.
Hazleton police say 27-year-old Randy Galbiata broke into a home near Diamond Avenue and Fulton Court around 12:45 Sunday morning.
The owners were home and they were able to prevent the crime. Galbiati is in jail facing several criminal charges.
