PECKVILLE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- The search is on for two armed jewelry thieves in Lackawanna County.

Blakely police were called to Jewelry Traders on Main Street in Peckville just after 5:00 Monday night.

The clerk hit the panic button after two masked men walked into the store and held it up. The men showed a handgun and got away with several items.

Police followed their footprints in the snow to the Ritz Tech Industrial Park nearby. From there the suspect got into a car and left the scene.
