SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- For hours and hours Health Reform Bill 3200 got a public reading. From before sunrise and well past sunset, Dozens of voices spoke the words of what's been a controversial piece of legislation.
The legislation, one of a few health care reform bills meandering through Washington D-C these days, echoed through the downtown. People stopped to watch, listen, observe. Some other folks downtown admittedly have no idea what any of the legislation means.. But most agree, it's a worthwhile debate.
