LUZERNE COUNTY-40-year old Angela Kairo-Scibek is accused of hitting the students, ages 10 and 11, at the Main Street Elementary School in Plymouth, Luzerne County.

The alleged abuse took place in 2005 and 2006. Parents called police when they saw large bruises on their children..

Scibek allegedly threatened the youngsters not to tell anyone. She had nothing to say to us but her lawyer says they will fight these charges.

Scibek is free on $25,000 dollars unsecured bail. She will have a hearing next week. She has been suspended with pay by The Wyoming Valley West School District.
