LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP, UNION COUNTY - A teenager was flown to a hospital after a bicycle and car collided in Union County.
State police at Milton say it happened Monday night just before 7:00 in Limestone Township.
The 16-year-old boy was peddling west on Wildwood Road along a downhill curve.
The bike crossed the center line and collided head-on with a car driven by 19-year-old Lena Kurtz of Mifflinburg.
The bicyclist struck the windshield and landed on the road.
He suffered serious head injuries and was airlifted to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
The driver of the car wasn't injured. | | |
