WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY-16-year-old Cody Lee supposedly confessed to police that he shot his great grandfather.

Lee and his attorney, former Judge Peter Paul Olszewski, are asking that the court suppress any statement he made to police.
It's said lee was taken into custody after being outdoors in the cold for hours after police say he shot and killed herbert lee.
That was December 9th.
They're arguing Lee may not have been in a clear state of mind when he signed waivers, allowing police to speak with him.
State police say Lee also had intentions of killing his father.
The plan, reportedly exposed to investigators by one of lee's classmates, forced Lake Lehman High School to shut down for a day.
