CLIFFORD, SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY -- A Susquehanna County teenager will go to trial on arson charges after a landmark restaurant burned down.
Daniel Parsons waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday. State police say the 19-year-old set a huge fire that destroyed Bingham's Restaurant in Lenox Township last month. Parsons was a disgruntled worker and a volunteer firefighter.
Within just the past few weeks, the remains of the restaurant were demolished. The site is now just an empty lot. | | |
